Two into One

Because of shipment office, my HR colleagues are preparing to make appointment with authorities to move our telephone lines, computer servers, and others. One of the problem now is we need to combined our two VoIP Phone Systems into one.

Currently we are using two systems at two offices. They still discussing with the company to get a best solutions about this. They said they need those phone data to merge into one. I am wondering besides VoIP service, the systems also included recording control. If not then why they need to do so? I wish I am wrong because I use office phone for private matter. :P
