Sleepy during Office hour

I still failed to train both of my two little princesses to sleep early. Both of them will sleep after I scold, scold, and scold. Some times even need me to beat they only willing to stop playing and go for sleep. I am so jealous with my friend msau who manage to train her princesses go to bed by themselves.

I need to wake up early in the morning recently but still I need to sleep late like usual. I feel sleepy during office hour everyday especially after lunch. I think I need to consider taking energy pills to boost up my energy. Else, I afraid this will affect my working performances....
