A memo rise out yesterday and we all need to prepare ourselves get ready to move to new office by this month end. Looking to those accounting files, I am talking about minimum three years and two companies files, can you imaging how much will be?
We all need so much of recycle packing boxes. Further, we do request for ladder. For your info, we need to get those files arrange proper in new store that about 15 feed heights filing racks. We do hope there will be ladder racks to place those ladders. Else, whenever we want to get old historical documents, we will get into trouble because those older files have to be place at the top level of the filing rack.
