Low Level

There will be new arrangement to our company board of management. Another new CEO will coming in to replace the current one as he will be transfer to another associated company. For me as a low level staff, I not manage to familiar with the current CEO style but not come a new one. I can understand how tension is it being a high level managers or department head. High pay means high responsibility and high tension on works. What will you choice on? I enjoy being a low level staff here. :P
