I feel great working in my current company. The very first thing that makes me feel great is I can enjoy 20 days annual leaves in a year. Some more this is not including medical leave. I can apply leave at least twice a month. Of course it has to be avoid peak working session like beginning of the month and month end due to rushing for closing monthly account. Anywhere, for me as a working mom, I feel relax and freedom to enjoy leave whenever I like.
