One applicant with excellent profession qualification and one applicant with more than 10 years experience in the relevant job field. They both required same salary. If you are an employer, which one do you prefer?
Do you agree that working experience is better than professional qualification? I myself have more than 10 years working experience but do not have any title or certificate to support. If I still young and got plenty of time, I am sure I will back to school and continue study. I just feel short of professional qualification will be a disadvantage when applying a job. What is your opinion about this?
