Do you agree that a company no need to have a receptionist to handle incoming calls? As we can see most of the big companies now depends on their telephone system to respond to all incoming calls to save cost on employ a receptionist.

I am not very happy about this especially some company didn't set the phone directory goes to the operator but direct to their department. Some times we need to repeat few times for our one question then only reach to the right person in-charge. Waste our time and call charges!
