Right Choice

Being an online business owner for about five months, customer service becomes my part time boss daily task. Even though he no good in speaking English but he still makes calls personally to all his oversea customers. Starting from confirm order, to close sales, to ensure customer satisfaction. All his effort is to make sure that he wants his online business growth with no defects. Because of this, his operating costs mainly spending on telecommunication fees. Luckily he knows and installed one of the Call Center VoIP Phone Systems. That did helps and save a lot of costs. Otherwise, I think he might be still in negative cash flow situation.
