Besides marketing team, our company have leasing and retail department who handling our office and retail outlets. From the records I found that both departments commission scheme are quit interesting. As I know that the management encourage staffs to promote and getting new sells and tenants to the company, I am going to get those market information so that I can train myself to be a commercial real estate representative to our company. Earning commission is a good side income, right?
