I am actually wondering how soon with be the announcement of the increment after appraisal. My department head wrote in my appraisal form: I am strongly recommended to increase her pay. See, this make up a good dream for me. But after I gossip among my colleagues, I found that those appraisal forms seems like to be for filing purpose only. One of the staffs working here for 5 years never get salary increase for a single cent. Such a bad new I heard!
