Fall Sick

This seems like my new records. It's has been 3 months I living in healthy and fall sick again now. It's started from my back pain. I now I need to always remind myself to be more carefully when play with my two little princesses. This is not the first time I get the back pain back because of the same reason. After treated with back pain medici, I get flu. See, if one sick happened, it will definately follow by another sickness. Maybe because the wheather. Maybe because I am really the poor health. *Sigh*
