Grace send me an email told me that her baby girl was injured due to the brand new defective baby car seat. She was so worry that the injured part may leave a significant scare her baby girl face. It is so importance to keep up company products quality control to avoid such thing happen. Consumers have the rights to purchase a quality product! Grace told me that she had file claim to the product liability attorney. That is not about the compensation money concern but the awareness or warning to the manufacturer to keep up their products quality control!
