My boss was so surprise when we received a gift basket from a flowers shop. That was a thank you gift from one of our new customer. They are going to meet their job deadlines but unfortunately their generator break down. We send our technician to their job site and found that the generator has to take at least 2 to 3 days to fix on it. We manage to get one generator for them for temporary usage with free of charge. That is actually our company regular services coverage but the client was very appreciating our helping hands and that's why they send us the gift basket. Our company is aim to improve customer service with faster respond and good servicing. I think this is one of the cases that make us so proud.
