Bad Credit

My friend Tom is facing problems now to apply new credit card. He wishes to get a new one as all his existing credit cards were spends over limits. I told him to it's not easy to get since he is Bad Credit. I know that there are some credit cards issuers still accept bad credit but I don't think Malaysia here can find one. Anyway, I will help him to find out in local bank. But the most importance thing is Tom really needs to commit himself to change hiss bad spending attitude. Other wise, getting one more credit card will be another burden to him.
