Normally what will you do if you are full of stress? I am a sentimental person. I will just cry. I know it does not help to solve the problem but just to release my stress and pain. Other than that, these are normally what I do:
1. Eat as much as possible.
2. Sleep as long as possible.
3. Go to Shopping alone.
4. Go to Spa, massage, facial.
5. Go to hair saloon for hair treatment.
So, if you meet me somewhere in the shopping centre shopping alone, or eat like a hungry child, or see me going to a spa or beauty centre, or going to hair saloon, then you know that I am working on to release my stress. :D
