Tortoise PC

My PC is running very de slow. I connected to internet for internet surfing, login to my accounting software at the same times. My PC normally will hang when I saving my accounting software data. I wonder is it because my accounting software date are big. There are 3 years accounting data inside. Or it that because I am open too many window for internet surfing? A PC work like a tortoise really makes me crazy!
