Pineapple Tarts

I have tasted all Chinese New Year biscuit in my house and MIL house. We have 'Kui Kar Pat', 'Bee's Net', Groundnut biscuit, 'Fan Po' biscuit, 'Nga Gu' biscuit and some don know what name biscuit....

Oh yes, pineapple tarts is my favorite too! But I can not get it within my area. When I come across Tracy Tan's pineapple tarts, I am so excited! What a beautiful shape! I missed the taste so much!
