Plumper

Hubby is the plumber today to fix the kitchen faucet. It was repaired few months ago but water leakage again. That faucet is works for our washing machine. I am wondering is it because the water is direct comes from main water hose and the water pressure is too high caused the leakage.

Hubby brought a classic design faucet for replacement. I already told him if our bathroom faucet needs to be replace once broken, I must get the cascade faucets for replacement. It is a good chance to make some changes to make our home looks different and more class. :P

Work on Chinese New Year Eve

It not suppose to be a working day today. Look at those factories around our factory are empty and quiet, we all still need to turn up to office and pretend to work.

All bosses and managers are not around but tasks and assignments are given. But we all really got no mood to work cause Chinese New Year long holiday is coming. End up I managed to done 90% of my filing works, clean and tidy up my work space with some decoration before I left office.

We all plan to seek management approval to declare off or replace work day on next year Chinese New Year eve. :P

Nurse Uniform

Nurses wearing uniform looks more professional and neat compare to those who are not wearing uniforms. The clinic nearby my area having few nurses and they are always wearing those cloths like they are at home. Personally, I don't like that. Not because they look not enough professional, but it looks like they not respect their job.

Maybe I should drop a line to the clinic suggestion box ask the doctors consider to purchase uniform for their staffs at Marcus nurse uniform. Not necessary formal white nurse uniforms but modern design uniforms are acceptable.

Spring Cleaning

What else miss out in the list? Because helper can come once a week, it did make my jobs become easier.

Helper can only come to my house in the evening after work. Maybe she is too tired or maybe she is high age, or maybe I am choosy. Some details she may not manage to take good cares of. So, some places still need to do it by myself. As long as my back pain not comes back, I still can handle it.

I wish I can complete it by these two weeks.

My latest discovers today, EKG machine inspired me the benefit of computer. With the help and convenience of technology, diagnostic can be done efficiently and cost-effectively. Nowadays with high end technology, people living habits are changing.

People are more reliable to computers doing their jobs. Like myself doing accounting jobs, no idea how to finish all the data and double entries to complete book keeping without the help of accounting software.

The good thing is more high end products helping people to handle works easily. Whereas the bad part is children no longer playing games with each others but stick to their play stations, computers or iPad to play games. We have to learn and adapt the high end technology changes with the smart way.

Sport and Exercise

Elder princess continue her basketball training session with the new school semester started. Younger princess is having choices to choose on her weekend activities at school. Two yeas ago when her sister selecting, she told us she wishes to learn Chinese Kung-Fu, WuSu or Taekwondo. But when I asked her yesterday, she told us she wishes to join gymrama and violin class. I feel like gymrama is hard as this needs so many body strengthening so I agreed to let her joined violin class.

But yesterday night her grandpa encouraged her to join sport activities which is good for her health. I am totally agreed with him. Children have to be trained to love exercise. As long as they love exercise and sport, they always will. Not like me who always lazy to do exercise, having so much health problems.

Finally I decided to enroll her to gymrama class. Wish she can cope with all the strengthen difficulties.

Read from news that the new drug rehab treatment center some where near my area is doing well. That is one of the successes of One Malaysia clinic. But I did read also query on how effective is these rehab center's efforts.

There are many well known rehab center overseas like long beach drug alcohol rehab treatment center which having good will and more reliable. But it is importance to have such centers to treat local drug addicts. It is good to know that our government is taking effort to implement efficient vocational training and treatment approach. For those who are affordable, they always having many choose but for those in need, local drug rehab centers will be their best choice to start with a clean slate.

Lunch with ex-colleagues yesterday and was been told that one more staffs was tendered. The ex-team member is getting lesser. Actually almost all of them are in the middle of looking for new jobs. If they managed to find one, they will not stay longer in the company.

Feel so sad for the news. I know how serious the company's condition is. Compared to when the time I leave, now is even worst. Operation staffs are leaving and new staffs intake process is very slow. The management team is suffering now I think. This is the decision of the big boss and this is his risk.

Those who stay longer will be more suffers. That's why everybody is taking actions to get new jobs. Wish them all the best!

My ex-colleague is wearing his ring on his little finger. He told me that the ring was brought when he got his first pay. He likes to wear it occasionally. But I didn't saw him wearing his wedding ring. Asked then only knew that the ring is not fit to his ring finger anymore.

His wife did complain why his body keeps growing. It is not doubt that he is getting fatter. Wearing wedding ring at others finger looks not nice. So he just leaves it at home.

Just found that artcarved wedding bands are having life time re-size service for free. If for me, I will not interested to this terms as I never got chance to gain weight but this is something extra for him. Later will suggest him to go for re-size his wedding ring if he want to. It just that he has to pay and invest on the extra length.

We have few coupons which going to expiry in January. Checked with hubby and found that his schedule in Jan is not full, and he asked me to plan and finish all in Jan.

I wish to do so but really doubt will he go out last minutes without inform me earlier. If I did not tell him what plan I have in advance, he will fill his weekend with his own plan.

Anywhere, I will only be free in Sunday only. To avoid wasting money, really have to plan and make appointments in advance so that we won't miss all those great deals.

The YoYo selling at YoYojam atmosphere make me remembers my childhood. This is one of the famous games when I am young. Hubby brought it for my two little princesses but they don't have much interest to play this game.

Wake Up Early

Elder princess will be study on morning session next year onwards. It is a must to get her wake up early. She has to reach school before 7am. That's means I have to wake up at least 5.30am to prepare breakfast and she has to leave her bed latest by 6am.

Never wake up so early in the morning because she used to sleep late. I still not manage to get her sleep early because now is holidays and we have so much of activities. Worrying she will be superb tired if she can not get used to the new schedule...

Colleague asked me to review my Year 2011. I didn't share with her my thoughts indeed I don't think I plan any thing for the year.

I see myself grow and I overcome my problems and I take the challenges I suppose to instead of escape it. Many things happened without plans and maybe because I do not have a fixed plan for myself, I can adapt all the challenges.

It still needs lots of patients to wait for what I wish to be happened. Not like this year but for coming Year 2012, I will set a plan for myself to achieve it.

Rat's Story

I hate this!

Every morning the first action when I reach my office is to clean my workplace. There is always significant proof shown that rats came and visit us when no body in the office.

They are smart and clever. I did caught 4 but later on can't get any more. They still come everyday, make us have to be their maid to clean up their pee and shit and the mess they had done.

It is still under controllable situation as my friend told they did experience problems due to the rat bitten wiring and cables. Our office is having cable cover system I think we are still 'safe'.

He is Free

I am so happy hubby is free these few days and he can contribute all his time with us. He is really free. He did not even spend times to sit in front at his PC for his jobs or even entertainment.

We go out together, enjoy the holidays and the festivals. He accompanies two little princesses when I still need to do my housework during holidays.

It is hard to get him as free as now. Once in a blue moon already make us so happy!

Shop till Drop

I did spend a lot. Some time I really feel like holiday festivals are the gain of businessmen. Have you grab anything from best Boxing Day sales? One week before Christmas I had started to shop. I think I will still continue searching for good deals till after New Year. This is the discount seasons can not miss. I don't want to miss the chance and regrets later.

Money spent can earn back later. But for those items that sold out and can't find it anymore, I will surely feel frustrated with my decision made.

Bank Account Not Active

The notice of account is not active shown again. I hate to see this!

It is really hassle to maintenance so many accounts in different banks. Due to not used frequently, the account become dormant and it will be automatically suspended. The only way to re-activate the bank account is to turn up in front of the counter, show your identity card, and some bank will have extra requirements like verified passbook, collect 'un-reasonable' processing fees.

No choice but I have to take leave and go to the bank to re-activate the bank account. Wasting my time!

I am the kind of less sleep will be bad mood and more tension person. I know how she feels. Her sleeplessness is getting serious some more. I do believe it is from her tension working life but she seems like not realized. To her, she has been always under pressure and the chances she believe that she still can adapt. But if the health is affected, I think it is not worth to take risk.

She did have her own ways to relax but recently those mentions seem like useless. Not sure this white noise machine can help or not but I will let her to have a try.

Santa Claus

This year onwards princesses are asking is there really Santa Claus came to send them Christmas gift.

Kindergarten teacher told them parent is their Santa Claus. Even my mom in law told them the gifts in Christmas sock are from us not from Santa. I really feel sad with these.

Aren't kids have chance to dream?

Elder princess will be 9 years old next year. I told her the true but she feel like ignoring my answer. I think she is not sure and refuse to accept the fact as she wishes to receive gift from Santa every Christmas. :P

Every year either I or hubby will be our princesses Santa Claus. We will ask what they wish to get from Santa Claus and let them have a happy morning on Christmas Day. This is not a cheat but to fulfill the joy of Christmas. To us, every child is entitled to have their dream.

My elder princess wishes to have a watch and my younger wishes to have a yakima bike rack or a watch same like her sis. The Christmas sock is really on the bed. As usual, they sleep early and will wake up early to open their gift.

How I wish I can receive gift from Santa too.

Replacement Leave

This company policy is to entitle annual leave after confirmation. Prior to that, all leave applied it is either unpaid or we work extra to replace it.

First and third Saturday is working day. We can work on non-working Saturday, 4 hours to replace half day leave which is reasonable. If work for 8 hours on Saturday, will replace one day leave but we feel is not worth. We suppose to get rate of 1.5 instead of 1 to 1.

My plan now: If I am confirmed staff here, I will prefer work extra to replace my leave taken and accumulate more leave balance and enjoy long leave for vacation at the year end. :P

Adapt the Differencies

Colleague is complaining she can not find her files in our server public folder. This often happened because our department boss likes to re-arrange the files in public folder. We are sharing the folder and update those files when required. But often she will not tell us when and where she re-located those files. We have to guess where to search for it. The worst is, there will be many duplicate copies and have to search for the latest version.

Besides, they did not used to keep document imaging files. I feel like wasting time to dig out from the filing cabinet especially those documents frequent asked. Anywhere, I have to adapt myself to this new working style of these people working in this company.

Clear Leave

Plan to have lunch with ex-colleagues this afternoon but when I contact them, most of them can not be contacted.

No choice but sent them SMS. Later on then only realized that it is year end and every one is clearing their leave. If I were still attach with this company, I will be like them, working four days a week or even take long leave to enjoy holiday.

They will only back to work after New Year. Today only can meet few of them but still, enjoy the topics of ex-office life.

Christmas Gifts

I know we will be late at home but never thought will be so late. This is my first time late home with princesses some more. Luckily I got a very good excuse and hubby got no chance to complaint.

Both my two little princesses got equestrian riding apparel after gift exchanged; I got a set of make up tools. Kids are happily playing together and we adult chat and sing the whole night.

Thanks to have my ex-colleagues who always remember me when they have events and functions. Previously I always rejected them but now started to join and become one of their gang. Thanks for the joy and fun Christmas party. We really enjoy!

Exercise

Such a long time I didn't do any exercise. I can start to do cycling or swimming according to my physio. But I don't have any fitness center membership so it is hard for me to do the cycling. I like swimming of course, but due to raining session, I got no chance to swim.

I am still the weak body where I can not stand for the cool in water. But if under the hot sun, I feel like swim in the hot wok. Besides, my skin tone will surely chance darker easily. I do wish swimming pool management can consider cover the pools with solar sun rings. The water will be protected by not overheated, and then everyone sure will more enjoy swimming.

But my schedule is full of activities to celebrate Christmas. Exercise will be later part. :P

My Concern

How is he doing? I wish to ask this question but not dare to. My neighbor's elder son is undergoing opiate rapid detox program. I know if I ask something related to this topic, for sure will hurt them again but I really wish to express my concern.

The decision to send him oversea and undergo drug detox center is tough but a must. I do know that they missed him so much but due to high cost, they have to stay a home and wait for his return date.

I do wish the day he come back, will be a renew man. No more relapse as him parent really not afford to take the risk again.

Year end is time to spend.

I have not brought any Christmas gifts for my two little princesses. Money has to be ready to spend for coming Chinese New Year clothes, ang pow and home decorations. Besides, back to school purchase list included school uniforms, new school shoes and etc. Besides, the regular yearly insurance premiums for whole family will be due soon.

Wow! How can I pay all that? Previously I can rely on company to pay bonus so that I will have extra income but this year I cannot dream this at all because I only join this company for one month plus. I think if I can get an ang pow of RM50 will be very good already.

This is the worst condition after money gone to back pain treatment for more than a year.

This is a very good example for you to take good care of your health!

The only dream that I have now is money comes from the sky! LOL

Understandable Princesses

I always saved when buying things to two little princesses. Although not every time they can tolerant but most of the time they agreed my idea where I will only buy new stuffs for elder princess and the existing one goes to younger princess.

If I have a pair of prince and princess, I probably will headache on spending boys dress shoes at the same time. Because I have two princesses who are very understandable, younger princess is willing to take second hand stuffs from her sister. Sometimes, elder princess will be so good to suggest only buy for her sis and she insist to continue using her existing stuffs. Even once in a blue moon, both of them will ask me stop spending for them but ask me to buy something for myself. So sweet!

Recovered?

Am I recovered from back pain? Not really.

Pain has gone but the uncomfortable is still there. Chiropractor told that is because the damage of my nerve. To improve it, I have to take Vitamin B12 capsules, prevent prolong sitting and keep on exercise.

Too bad my weak body cannot stand for the heat after Vitamin B12 intakes. I can feel the relief of the uncomfortable on my right leg after taken the capsules twice daily but I will get sore throat and even fever, this cannot avoid no matter I drink how much of water.

I have to stop consuming the capsule until I recovered. This cycle happened on and off makes me feel so frustrated.

I tried to break and rest as doctor advised during office hours and this is the best I can do.

Exercise? Always fall sick makes me no energy to do it.

How long will it takes to fully recovered? I have really no idea!

Forgot Easily

I am really surprise when I saw the rechargeable aa batteries are still on hubby's table. He asked me to remind him to charge the batteries so that he can use it for tomorrow's shooting.

I did remind him yesterday night before sleep. How come he can still forgot to charge it?

Both of us are getting older and easily forgot. We used to ask each other or our princesses to remind us if we wanted to do something. The best is to do it when they remind us. If not, incident like this will happen. *sigh*

Friend or In Relation

Feel happy to know with sis condition now. I can see sis is not at the stage of in-relation yet. This is what she told as well. She said they are committed and not to in-relation but only be friend. As long as both party agreed, we should not give any comments.

I do have the old minded thinking that if a guy has no feeling with a girl, he will not have all those actions to accompany her whenever she needed. Too me, it is rarely and seldom happened as people called soul-mate for different sex.

I am happy with sis who has one who always accompany her, and perhaps protecting her.

I do wish and believe they have chance to go further. Let's the time proof!

Handphone Failure

I have to throw away my existing mobile phone. It was having sound failure since yesterday. Luckily I have one replacement. The one that brother brought a year ago from UK for my princesses as their toy, I have to own it now.

I am now considering whether to give up my early plan to own a brand new Best tablet to replace my existing laptop or to use the same amount to buy a new mobile phone because my two little princesses was complaining they don't want a failure mobile phone. LOL

Health Get Worse

I am not satisfied with my annual medical check up result. Those comment problems which I heard and read from news are all happened to me. I am not talking about serious illness but minor issues but still, it makes me worry!

Doctor did reassure and ask me to do the necessary tests to monitor those problems. Previously medical checkup was done twice years once to save cost but now no more excuse to checkup annually.

Getting older will be less healthy. This happened to me and it looks like more and more seriously. I have done the best to control my intakes and keep good diet. I won't be too negative of course. As long as I still can breath, can work, can walk and move normal as usual, I appreciated. Enjoy life is the priority!

My friend just told me that she had just got her Christmas gift from her hubby. Guess what. Her hubby brought her a baraka jewelry. The one that makes me sore was when she shown me the necklace. That is the design that I wish to have!

I did tell her hubby I like this design very much but never thought that he brought it for his wife! He should ask my consent first before he did so!

Unable to Connect

My plan is to finish my assignments on time and this is why I have to blog at unusual online hour. Too bad I can't complete my tasks as I wish because I not manage to connect to the website. What happen?

This is the first ever and never has such incident happen for the past five years. Woo! I just check then only realize that I had joined them for five years plus. What an awesome blogging assignment journey!

Previously I did experience connection problem but all are due to local online service provider problem. I can confirm that this is their website problem as I can connect to all others website that I wish to go but only this one showing the signal of loading. It keeps loading at the login page but I had browsed for few others websites!

I know I am wrong for doing this at the very last minutes. Hopefully their technical team can solved the issue as soon. I might miss the chance and loss my expected income! :(

New Outlet

Really happy to know that one of my best friends has open her new outlet. I saw her announcement at facebook. She has to be the one who attend at the outlet for the time being due to not need employed workers. So, both her children have to follow her as well. From a full time stay at home mom; she is now converted to full time working mom. But it is good to work for own instead of under employment.

Her shop is selling languages, school bags, leather backpacks, and winter clothes. If you interested to buy any one of these, just let me know. The shop is offering opening promotion at 30% discount for all the items.

Kuching Trip

Just back from three days two nights trip. This is a last minutes arrangement. Hubby's trip to Thailand was postponed due to the flood. Younger sis's company offering cheap air fares to staffs because one of their client's group trips was canceled. She successfully grabbed 7 tickets after we confirmed we wanted to fly.

A group of 7 of us, including my two little princess who are the first time flying, rented a car and traveled almost all of the itinerary we wish to go. No proper planning, only asked around, searching the location map and the help of GPS, the searching journey is a bit bored but joy of reaching destination is wonderful.

Special thanks to two sis who assist me to take care of my two princesses during the trip and sis' friend who became our driver, hence I and hubby can enjoy a short but sweet journey of walk together hand in hand during the trip. :)

Job Scope

About my job scope, I am handling AR and monthly financial report. Management reporting and AP is handling by two colleagues.

It is project base and projects will takes 2 weeks to one and a half years for completion. I have to memorize all the project progress individually. To liaise with engineering and shipment department for the progress update and responsible to issue billing as well as forecast and make sure the collection can get on time. Have to train up myself to be a professional payment chaser. :P

I am hassle free to all the supplier payment, equipment lease repayment, as well as utilities and operation expenses payment. Besides, HR is handling the payroll part.

The most pressure time will be the month end account closing period. If I can manage timing well, it should not be a problem.

Thus, my job here considers 'senang'. :P

Working Life

How is your working life? I still keep in touch with my ex-colleagues and this is the first question they will ask.

I am fine working here. The most I don't like is work environment here. There is no rood top parking and this is old industry area, it is dusty always and my car is always dirty. The worst part is rats came to our workplace every night. I had successfully catch 4 but still found there are proof that they came before. I just worry they are carrying nasty diseases. :s

I am doing well with all the assignments. Since it is year end now, I also undergo appraisal like other staffs in the company although I work here only one month. I am quite satisfied with the feedback from my immediate boss.

Still not get used to those wasting time reporting formats which we can actually get it done with a click if we have powerful accounting system. Anywhere, it is a good chance for me to enhance my Excel skill with the guidance of a senior colleague.

Year End Stock Takes

I saw the notice board in my boss room about the date of stock takes. I have not gone through this process for so many years. In fact, as an accounts executive, I hate this assignment the most.

This is a manufacturing company and it is part of my job responsibility to insert a figure for the year end closing stock value in the financial account statement. No way to escape! :(

I do feel worry because this company has no proper stock control. No any stock control like Honeywell Barcode Scanner system or even no manual stock card recording. We do have stock module which come with accounting system but the worst is, the purchasing department entering all the purchases into to a general code instead of selecting those stock code individually. When invoices issued, it will not reflect the stock in and stock out transactions as well.

I just don't want the day come!

Thursday Class

This Thursday will be the last class for year 2011. We will have a small test and light food celebration.

This is our third year. Whether there will be another one or two years to go, I have no idea. The class is getting smaller due to kids and parent quit in the half way and no new official enrollment.

To me as one of the teacher now, I do feel it is a waste to end the class.

New enrollment will be done for new intakes. It is expected the respond will be no good if no one really push it harder. It is whether we can scarify our time to do more on this.

To us who still wish to continue, how long we can continue?

Sick Woman

My colleague falls sick again. It seems like she has not fully recovered from sick and now fall sick again.

Her working schedule is very full. This is the working condition in my company. No one is free and busy till we seldom go washroom or drink. This is no good to our health at all but every one is full loaded in the nine hours a day.

Back to this sick woman. She has been instructed to travel for some assignments and work like a dispatch lately. Often travel under such bad weather is not a good thing. Then she told us she has to handle all the planning, designing and costing of her new house renovation. I do believe it is not any easy task to deal with suppliers and contractors for quoting. I heard she just confirmed with the contractor on the quick step laminate flooring. To rush for completed renovation and move in to new house before Chinese New Year, she treats this as priority of course. It is not easy to be a superwoman, that's why she falls sick easily. *sigh*

4 days 3 nights Camp

Good to hear that princesses are doing well in the holiday camp. Finally both of them agreed to join the children holiday camp and I saw their excited faces to attend the camp.

Younger princess woke up early in the morning (around 4am) and told me she wanted to brush her teeth so that she can keep her toothbrush in her beg and be prepared early to attend the camp. She is over-excited! I have to clam her and asked her back to sleep till 6.30am so that she is enough sleep and energy for the camp activities.

Today is the first day. They went out at 7.15am with the help of my friend to fetch them to the camp. For the first time, they have their own activities without me for such a long period. I am going to miss them so much for these 4 days 3 nights!

Feel so sad hubby is out again. He makes me feel that family is always not in his priority.

I already know my position very well. His first love is me of course. But he puts more efforts and concerns with his second and third loves. His Sony digital cameras and badminton games are the loves that I mentioned. He is busy all the while with photo shooting and badminton games events, competitions, committee meetings and gathering with his friends. Seldom family activities listed in his schedule.

How am I going to fix family activities in his schedule? He has no time to accompany me is fine but I don't like him to treat the same to my two little princesses. He should take his responsible to being a father.

One Month Empty

No realized that my blog already not updated for more then a month. Time flies, I really don't know I am so busy for such a long period. I thought it is only two or three weeks I never log in to my account to blog but when I saw the last date of my blog post; it is more then a month ago. This is truly bad!

Time is limited now for online activities. No chance to online during office hours. The only thing I can do is to sleep less and wake up more early to blog again. I wake around 6.30am in the morning every day. If back to active online activities, I have to sleep less 30 minutes maybe? Can I do that? :lol:

Kids Holiday Camp

Plan to let my princesses join the holiday camp which we missed last two years. First year when I know about this children holiday camp, maybe because I like this kind of activity, so I am interested to let my princesses to have a try. It is good to have some special activity during long school holiday. Too bad younger princess can not join due to the age limit, and elder princess have no interest at all.

The second year, because elder princess still ignore my offer to join the camp, younger princess then agreed to stick to her sis's decision. Then I went to the camp graduation ceremony with my princesses and let them feel how happy those kids are. Both of them agreed to join on the coming year.

This year the camp will be held in December. Just asked and elder princess said she doesn't want to join but younger princess is interested. How?

Saw some fishnet tops selling online but don't know how to select. I have no experience on wearing sexy lingerie. All I have are only T-shirt sleep wear. Princesses feel excited when they know there will be a painting and drawing competition next two weeks. When they know that the organizer is only awarding hampers for the winners, they feel a bit disappointed. To them, they prefer cheerleading trophies as prizes.

They did received hampers and trophies from different kind of competitions. I think they prefer trophy because hamper only can show off for a very short period but trophy can display at living room and always show off when they wanted to.

But for me as a mom, all I can do is correct them the way they think about joining competition. Besides encourage them to do whatever the best no matter they can be the winner or not, learn to be a loser and accept to be a loser is a good life lesson.

Queue to make photocopy, waiting to print documents due to using network printers. When making calls, need to find where the phone sets are. To safe cost, 2 phones allocated for local calls and 2 handset allocated for hand phone calls. Even thought every staffs has their individual phone but it is advisable to use it only for inter-department contacts. We are about 11 of us. Making phone calls also need to wait or go and search for the phone location.

Jobs done are pending until head reviews or instruction to proceed further. Don’t know need to wait how long as head always busy.

I really cannot get used to these kinds of silly ‘rules’ in this office. Most of the time I am like doing nothing but wait. Relax but not productive at all.

Found that more and more people wearing titanium jewelry. Previously our choices to choose when come to buy jewelry for married couples will be only gold jewelry. Later silver also becomes famous. But now seems like titanium is the latest trend.

Self-Discipline

My two little princesses will keep nagging if I not allow them to play the iPad games. Initially I told them the time to play with iPad is during weekends only. Later on hubby used to promise them play when they finished homework, so they used to ask permission to play every time when they finish their homework now.

I don't like this. To me, this is not a good habit. As long as you got chance to play with the games, you will invest more and more time to it. This is what normally kids will do. They love playing games more than others. I have to train them to be self discipline, and always remind them to focus to other activities instead of playing games.

Left my ex-company almost a month, the ex-colleagues still contacts me often. We used to contact via MSN. This is the best way to talk or chat during office hours.

I am willing to help of course, as long as when the time they requests or questions is the time when I am convenience, I will respond as fast as possible. Actually I am wonder they will thought I am fussy if I reply them late. I will try my best to answer whatever I am still remembered. That's the best I can do. But for those who like to ask but no thank you at all, I will feel like he is 'question' me instead of asking help. Honest speaking, I don't like that.

Better be polite to me, else, I will not cooperation as what you wish!

New Baby on the Way

She announced that doctor told her she can deliver anytime. We are so happy to hear that she going to give birth to her first baby. She promised to contact us after she give birth. All we have to do now is to wait.

I have listed the urinary incontinence products in my shopping list. Of course I will not ask her which brand she prefer to but will buy few for her to try on. Among the new born baby gifts, I choose this is because this is the most useful item. Of course new born baby clothes are ideal gift but no need much as baby grows so fast. Diapers are using everyday. This gift can be received as much as possible. LOL

Busy Weekends

Working at Saturday make me feel that my time is so limited now.

This month end will be my sis-in-law wedding and I have to make sure my house is clean and tidy enough so that the guesses enjoy to come and even to stay at my house. Those suppose to put in well arrangement and placed into storeroom, are still waiting for me to clear up. I have to done it by this weekend because next weekend I will go out to be one of the volunteer cook assistants.

As usual, I have to do my assignments, house cleaning, clothes folding and ironing and etc. Now with some more mess clear up, I need to well plan my time and well manage the limited time I have on this Sunday so that I can get things done and ensure all can be completed before I go to bed.

This is a good idea to send greeting card with photos. I am happy if my friends or relatives send me their holiday photo cards. Maybe I should start myself. I am planning to do this every year. First step is to take a family photo, then printed on nice design holiday greeting cards and send to close friends and relatives.

When years go, the photos collection becomes a very good proof of time flies. My two little princesses grow pretty and prettier; I and hubby grow older and older.

Initial planning is to travel at overseas but now already changed to go for local trip. I know this will finally happened but I still very disappointed with the decision made.

To ensure the local trip is successful, I have to put more effort to the planning. I have to put more initiative to search for hotels, reading reviews and contact those hotels to get best deal. The most importance is to make the booking as what we plan. Else, I am worry will it be canceled and end up I have to stay at home with my two little princess and he is the one enjoy outing with his friends.

These two days sis-in-law will spend for time to send out all the wedding invitation card and wedding cake to all relatives and friends.

Those relatives who staying nearby or within the state, she has to go to their house one by one to distribute it. She will call her friends for gathering and pass them the cards and cakes. But those who stay outstation, she will just call them and inform only. If she got time, maybe she can send them e invitations. This is the best she can do. More over, she can attach the wedding lunch restaurant location map to them so that they know how to reach the restaurant on the wedding day.

I am thinking whether I am too greedy. I already got a new job. To have a new start, I suppose to invest my efforts and contribute the best to the current company. I am wondering what is actually influenced me for go for second option.

Is it because I have no confident my company will renew me as permanent worker after my contact ended? Is it because the work here is too simple and easy? Is it because I wish to have much better pay? Is it because I cannot stay in a company which is too relaxed and no challenging? Or is it because I have no confident to being outperformance among the co-workers and no confident with the current company promotion and increment scheme?

Weak Body

Hubby told me he will only consider traveling within Asian countries. I know he is concerning my health. I just slightly reach the fully recovery stage of back pain. Besides taking care of my back, he also needs to ensure that I am comfortable during the trip as I am the type of weak person who is easily fall sick.

To avoid fall sick during vacation, the best is to go countries similar whether as our home country. This is the most importance I think. I am fear of cool especially. If really need to experience the winter life in four session countries, I do query whether heated clothing can help. I must have to wear many layer of this type of clothing then only can survive in cool whether. LOL

No More Late

I am started to get used with the new working hour at new company. Previously I can only reach office after working hour started when I am with my ex-company. I know this is a very bad habit but I already get used to that. Even though this does has bad impact to my performance due to the late attendances but I just don’t care.

But since I had changed new job, this bad habit cannot be continue anymore. To make sure that I can successful undergo the probation period and being a permanent staff in my current company. I have to do whatever which is necessary to the best of my appraisal rating. I can now reach office before office hour started and I feel happily I can make it. I know this good habit can be maintained if continue and consistently do it for more than 21 days (forgot already where I read the research).

Of course, I have to make sure I do not give any more excuses to myself back to the bad habit again. This is the most importance part! :p

Searching a job is it an easy task? Actually I do feel lucky as I always can see my job title can be found every day in newspaper or job hunting sites. Accounts, sales, marketing and finance are most job vacancy needed. If you are a bar tender, waitress, cleaner, purchasing manager or quantity surveyor you still can find jobs at the recruitment section but the chance seems to be lesser.

The one like pilot, captain, or psychiatric aide jobs I hardly found there are open vacancy. I think these will probably need professional to either train up in house or by recommendation. :P

Hubby brought four online coupon to dine at one restaurant is going to due soon. He has wrongly thought about the coupon expiry date and only release it when nearly come to due. Just contact the restaurant reservation line and found that the reservation is full on the day we plan to go. I do foresee this will happened. I am sure the restaurant is offering thousands of coupons and when close to expiry date, those who brought it will redeem it before it is expired. Hence, it is no surprise the booking is overwhelming during the period close to expiry date.

What to do now? To avoid wasting money spent, the best is to redeem it during weekday and off peak period. There must be some time we can squeeze.

We were having discussing on this topic yesterday and one of my friend told me she prefer expensive engagement ring but will buy less expensive ring for wedding.

She had received an Everlon Diamond knot ring when her fiance given her a surprise on the proposal day. Wedding ring is the one of the low cost items in her wedding preparation list. She explained that we will wear the wedding ring every day and it is not worth to buy an expensive wedding ring but keep it in safe. This is what I totally agreed with. A pair of wedding ring with simple design, it is doesn't matter the style is not the outstanding one but as long as it is comfortable and convenience will do. This month will have two wedding dinner to attend. I am not complaining keep receiving wedding invitations as this will be good chance and happy gathering with friends and relatives. To me, life is so fragile. It is luck to find some one who can take care of us for the rest of our life. Trying to get a same design necklace extender to make my necklace longer. This necklace is keeping in my pencil box at secondary. I found it when I arranging my store. Pay Slip

My ex-colleagues have got their pay slip and I need to go back to collect mine but I have still not receive my pay slip from my current company until today.

Sis-in-law going to married soon. We just back from shopping and she has selected a Ann Gish comforter set, a pair of table lamp and decorative stuffs. Confirmation Increment

Will I get any increment after my probation period? I thought all companies will increase at least RM50 r RM100 when confirmation but my ex-company does not have such practice. I am worrying now what will be the practice in my current company.

I wish I can get something extra of course. It is hard to wait for the yearly increment if the timing is not good. The most I hope is to get extra when my confirmation. It is still early to know the answer. Hopefully they are satisfied with my performance and reward me some extra. Finger crossed.

Wait another Seven Years

My younger princess asked when she can buy new PSP games. She often share with me how happy she is when her classmate let her play the game. Then every time she asked me to buy for her, I will just ignore her or told her she is young, mom don't like her to get crazy with those games. Once in a while is still ok. Today she asked me again but question in a different way. She asked, how old she is then only she can own a PSP game set. This is like a target for her to achieve on. I have no choice but to promise will buy it for her when she is thirteen. She is only six now. Have to wait another seven years, am I too much? LOL

Sleepy

Such a long time I do not sleep late. I will go to bed before 11pm every day. But because of the gathering, I went to bed about 2am.

We talk and chat until forgot the time. Of course, I won't feel any tire or sleepy when the happy hours with them but I feel so sleepy on the next day and the tiredness still with me on the following two days. I think I am old already.

How to recharge back my energy? Let's see if I can complete my assignments and finish house cleaning early then I can have half an hour nap later.

There are so many Ray Ban Aviator sunglasses available in the optical shop but still hubby can not find one design he likes. How many more optical shops we can go?

This is one of the reasons why I don't like to shop for him. I rather spend more time to accompany him to select by him because he always has his own taste. I like the design maybe he will not like it. I have got several experiences he complained on my selected gift designs not suit his taste. It is not wrong I like it so I choice it and give you as a present. But you complain on it means you are ignoring my effort. Since then, no more surprise gift to him. :p

Rest Every Half an Hour

Get away from computer desk and rest for few minutes every half an hour. Again, my Chiropractor is advice me on this.

Sitting long hours is one of the facts that cause my back pain. I have to always remember to stop my work and walk around so that the pressure to my spine can be released.

Working hours in new office now is no pressure at all but I seem like lazy to move. Recently I had forgotten this little action until my Chiropractor reminded me again.

Can not let the same bad habit come back and caused me back to the pain. Maybe I should set alarm at my office PC so that I can frequently move and walk around every half an hour.

Gathering with Ex-Colleagues

Feel so exited to meet with my ex-colleagues. I purposely select Friday night because every one can meet after work. Even though two are now working at KL, but they still interested to join us. Then can come and meet us after work. It is convenience also I think. :P

Happily to get total of seven responds to attend. Almost all I wish to see are attending. This should be the best time we meet each other, because one colleague who will give birth to her first baby very soon. I already plan to meet each other again on her baby full moon.

Working life at ex-company is really tough but having them and work with them is full of supports and fun. I am sure tonight is a memorable night for all of us.

Just can't wait to meet them. Miss them so much.

My friend told me she is shopping every weekend and preparing new clothes for next year. It is good to start early for the preparation. I don't like last minutes shopping and always can not find designs I like at the very last minutes. Of course, I will not go for any dresses follow trend which will easily outdate. So, I think it is time to start shopping for my own and my two little princesses as well.

Find some nice design of prom dresses 2012 online. Yes, from now onwards I will try to buy clothes online instead of go out to shop. My schedule is full enough. Unless is public holiday, else I will have no extra time to waste. Let's see whether I can find any great online deals.

Work 5 1/2 day A Week

Feel superb boring working on Saturday. I already get used to five days work a week. Now have to work five and a half days a week is like killing me. Suddenly I am like leak of free and relax time.

After office hour, taken lunch is about 2.30pm. Then rush to see my Chiropractor for adjustment, back to home will be about 5 or 6 o'clock. Reach home only can start to do housekeeping. My two little princesses already complaining I can not bring them out. Sunday is time to complete extra assignments, clothes folding and ironing, and go out for grocery shopping. Weekend gone so fast!

I still feel incredible for my decision of start my new job without taking any rest. I started my new job right after my last day worked in my ex-company. I suppose to be prepared and get ready to join my new company but maybe because I work late on my last working day, I had less time to settle down, my tasks and my ex-colleagues was in my dream on the night itself.

I woke up the next day morning, wondering why I still so concern with my old jobs and ex-team members when I am brush my tooth until driving on my way to new office.

Boss's Claims

Saw some claims from new boss. I like to see what type of expenses was the boss spend then start to guess and imagine how the boss lifestyle and attitude is. Mostly bosses will spend for their personal and claim from their company. I don't like that because it will mess the account but as a staff, I have no power to say no to the claims. :P

There are some Rocky Patel cigars and liquor purchases claim. Of course I not dare to ask the boss where those things go to and what he wanted us to do. I will just group it in to entertainment account and assume that these are brought for potential customers and for entertain purpose.

New Job

I still not used to work at my new office.

Every time I on my computer, I am still entering my previous PC password. The PC currently I am using is password locked. I can not change my log on password. I have to log on with the password given, which all PC in the company are using the same password.

This means there will be no privacy at all. I don't mind on that of course. But I need time to get used to the new PC. Not only that, I need to get use to this new working environment and the new colleagues as well. :P

Loss Weight Program

My ex-colleague told me she is interesting to try the HCG shots Austin. I know she is keen to keep her body back to her ideal weight when she was 16. But I don't know this time will she act like what she plan.

After gave birth to her third baby, she started to loss weight. This is her plan since her third pregnancy. We never see any action taken from the day she resumed to work after her confinement. Now she has resigned and being a stay at home mom. The last time we contact each others, she told us when the next time we meet, she will show us some improvement.

How good she is doing? Let's wait and see.

Replacement

Finally there is a solution for my replacement. I can say this is the no choice decision but nothing much I can do except try my best to handover whatever tasks on my hands to the new person in-charged.

I really don't want to see the condition goes worst but it is beyond my control. My team members asked me to relax as the problems should not be my concern any more since I am leaving.

Those things are really mess! I am not looking down the potential and work ability of the replacement but I do foresee the condition going to lose control with such replacement arrangement.

All I can do is praying for them, my estimation is not the correct one and my foreseen will never comes true...

Activities

Never thought that I will have so many activities in month of Sept & Oct. Hubby's schedule is already full and since he can not accompany us, I have to arrange myself what I can do.

Actually I didn't purposely look for any activities but all are by invitations. Besides Hari Raya open house invitations, new house open house invitations, I got Halloween invitations as well. Also, I am wishing hubby can bring me along to attend his friend's new shop open ceremony which there will be a Hong Kong star attend on that day. Further more, these two months are good month for wedding. I have to attend wedding dinner as well.

In overall, I will be seldom at home for the weekends in month of Sept and Oct. :p

Lazy Day

I saw the thing that I wish to purchase is tagged at lower prize now. I had cut the newspaper promotion voucher and intended to buy it today since this is the last promotion day.

Wish to go shopping but lazy to go out.

Princesses wish to go out of course. I am waiting for hubby to come back. If he comes back early and still have energy to go out with us, then we will go out. If not, then we all will stay at home.

Purposely go shopping mall just to buy one item, I think it is better let hubby makes the decision whether to go out or not. :P

When is his birthday? I wish to know when his birthday so that I can have a very good reason to sent him a present.

I have a colleague who smokes so often. He seems like depending cigarettes to ease his work tensions. All of us advice him to smoke less but he just thanks our advices and still doing the same.

I do wish e cigarette can help. At least when we are with him, we will no longer be the smoke victims.

If purposely buy it for him, maybe he will reject it. I think he will not reject this if this is a birthday gift. :P

Lost Meaning

Here comes another birthday invitation. This is my younger princess's classmate. His mom planned for his birthday party, both I and my two little princesses are invited.

I don't like this actually. Kids nowadays are so realistic and they can have so many gifts on their birthday party but will they appreciate it? They don't.

To the kids, they are happy can have fun with their friends. Gifts and presents is good to have more but the happiest moment is the time they open it, check it out or play it for a while.

For many times my princesses beg me for organize birthday party for them for the reason of they can received many gifts on that day. I answer is always no.

The meaning of birthday celebration is lost.

I am wondering whether our country selling Scala G4? This is a convenience and ideal product for motorcyclist especially for those who like to travel in a group.

Every time when travel along the highway, I am so worry for those motorcyclist who driving specially they are in a group. Some times they will drive in two lines which I think that is seriously dangerous. I hate them communicated when driving. This might be one of the reasons why our highway accident rate is so high.

If they really wish to talk, please stop at the roadside. Else, they should consider buying Scala G4 so that they can talk whatever they want during their travel journey for safety purpose.

Existing department head get terminated immediately; existing management transferred in very short notice make my department situation getting worst.

People asked why I am worry. I am leaving and this is not my problem anymore. Hopefully I am having such positive thinking as well but I am not. I don't want to see my department sunk. No matter how worst the situation it is, I wish I can do all my best to do whatever I can. Although now this is very short period for me to continue service this company and my department. I will not give up!

I did handle part time accounting job before but I find it is difficult when comes to monthly closing account. I am wondering is it I am no good in depending software to help me on doing the tedious jobs or I am no good enough on time management.

A friend is handling two sets of accounts on part time basis. At the beginning I am wondering where she got so many times to handle two sets of accounts as she is having a full time job. Then she explained to me that with the helps of Restaurant System, the transactions can be easily keep track and she finds no hassle to close both sets of accounts on time.

I wish to learn from her the time management and her working skills where she is so good on earning side income.

Mooncake Shopping Tomorrow

Will follow my dad go to buy mooncake tomorrow.

He is so specific and this is the only shop he likes to shop for his favorite mooncake. I did follow him two years ago but I already forgot how to get there. So, this year I decided to follow him again and hopefully I can recognized the place and introduce to my friends. I did recommend to my friends but I don't know how to direct them to go there. Hopefully this time I manage to remember the roads or at least to get the shop address, and then I can ask my friends to search from Google map or GPS to get there if they really interested to buy from the shop.

It is my fault forgot to apply sun block before playing under the sun. Even though that day when we enjoyed playing in the water park is not a sunny but all of us can not escape from being tanning. My man and two little princesses are no worry at all because they don't border whether tanning or not as long as they played happily, but I am concerned.

For me, white always looks clean and pretty. I feel like look in dirty always when my skin tone turn dark. The only way to whiten is to stay at home 24 hours from now on for about a week. But this is not the ideal way. Hopefully the premier Dead Sea whitening products can help me restore to normal skin tone very soon. I am willing to pay more just to get back my pretty skin tone.
